Registration Is Now Open - REGISTRATION FORM
 The club will support two (2) teams: 

                                 - Middle school  (grades 6, 7 and 8)

                                 - JV/High school (grades 9, 10, 11 and 12) 

 
Registration is open to all boys and girls in grades 6 through 12 residing in either Somerville or Branchburg townships as of December 31, 2010.  Registration will be open to players in neighboring towns based on availability.
 
Tuition for the 2010-2011 season is $900.00 and is based on league fees, practice ice time and 15 players per team.
  • An initial deposit of $100 is due at time of registration and will be applied towards the full season tuition.
  • Second Payment of $425 will be due by October 1, 2010.
  • Third and Final Payment will be due by November 1, 2010.
  • Should the number of players be more or less, we may need to adjust this fee accordingly.
  • This fee also assumes we can raise a minimum of $2,000 ($1,000 per team) through sponsorships and/or fundraising activities.
 
Along with your registration form, a $100.00 deposit is due.  The deposit will cover the following:
  • $50.00 of the deposit will be applied towards the league fees.
  • $50.00 will be non-refundable and used to secure ice time for evaluations that will take place later this year.
  • For those applicants that may not qualify for the team after evaluations, $50.00 will be refunded.
  • If for any reason there are not enough players to secure a team then all deposits will be fully refunded.


USA Hockey Registration: $40.00

  • For insurance purposes, each player will also be required to register individually with USA Hockey.
  • This is an additional $40 fee and is paid directly to USA Hockey and is not included in the club tuition.
  • Individuals that play for multiple teams only have to register with USA Hockey once per year; however, we still need a copy of your confirmation sheet.
  • Check with your other team to see if this fee/registration has been completed and ask for a copy.
  • A copy of the registration confirmation is due prior to any player taking the ice.  
  • ALL Players must register individually with USA Hockey at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ 

     

Tuition will include:
  • 2009-2010 Season (Oct to March)
  • 10 to 12 games plus playoff games 
  • 20 practices (includes evaluations) 
  • 2 Team Jerseys (Game and practice)
  • Socks with Team Colors
  • Recognition at the end of the season (awards/banquet)
  • Qualified Coaches
  • Discount Cards for local sporting good stores

            Required Equipment (individual players to provide):

            • Hockey Helmet with Full face screen,

                          Mouth guard and Chin Strap 

                          (Neck guards are optional)

            •  Hockey Shin Guards & Elbow Pads
            •  Shoulder and Hip Pads
            •  Ice Hockey Skates
            •  Hockey Gloves
            •  Hockey Stick
